Mock Zoom Webinar Meeting

This mock Zoom-style project was designed to showcase my ability to elevate virtual meeting footage into a visually engaging, professional experience. With sleek motion design and subtle animation, the goal was to give a modern corporate feel to an otherwise simple multi-speaker setup.

Role and Responsibility:

I handled the full post-production process—creating the animated background in After Effects, designing and animating name/title lower thirds, managing layout transitions between different speaker configurations, and ensuring a smooth visual flow throughout.

• Chat GPT

Timeline:

I believe this only took a day or two.

Challenges and Solutions:

Creating a dynamic layout with split screens while maintaining balance and clarity was key. I designed soft, subtle background animation to avoid distraction and used smooth title slide-ins to maintain a polished rhythm. Transitions like zooming in on the key speaker added cinematic pacing without overwhelming the simplicity of the format.

Results and Takeaways:

The final product is clean, branded, and versatile for corporate use— demonstrating my skill in webinar editing, remote production polish, and motion graphic overlays. It’s a great example of turning a standard video call into a professional and appealing asset.
